The following Terms and Conditions control your membership in the dollar-madness.com program. You agree that you have read and understand this Agreement ("Agreement") and that your membership in the dollar-madness.com program (the "Program") shall be subject to the following Terms and Conditions between you (the "Member") and dollar-madness.com. Any or all funds transferred, deposited and/or invested with Dollar-Madness are non-transferable & non-refundable and are strictly for invest purpose only. There is no guarantee you will duplicate the results stated here. As with any business endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that you
will earn any money. We will not provide any technical support or guarantee for software, mechanism or systems in operation to make this site workable. 4. Membership Fee/E-tickets: Our membership fee/e-ticket is nonrefundable. The reason for this is commissions are paid/earned by members and 5 levels deep and/or 5 levels up.
5. The membership of the user can be canceled anytime by the administrator without giving any reason.
6. There is only membership charge to become a member.
7. We accept payment only through Alert Pay.
8. Any member acting unethical or unprofessional may be removed without refund at the sole discretion of dollar-madness.com with all future commissions or products usage forfeited.
9. Membership Cancellation. Membership at dollar-madness.com is voluntary and therefore may be canceled at any time by the member. dollar-madness.com will only cancel/terminate a membership if is deemed that the member is operating in conflict with dollar-madness.com terms and conditions.
10. Cancellation/Termination of membership. Any membership that is canceled/terminated will forfeit all benefits and privileges associated with dollar-madness.com. Any positions held in participating Programs owned by dollar-madness.com will also be forfeited and ownership will be reassigned to dollar-madness.com.
11. Relationship. A member is neither an employee nor an independent contractor of dollar-madness.com.
12. Disputes. Agreements shall be interpreted under the laws.
13. Private Information. dollar-madness.com will never provide personal information about its members to third parties without the consent of the member unless required by law.
14. Copyright Material. All branding, logos and graphics contained within dollar-madness.com are copyright use; distribution or copying of such content is expressly prohibited. dollar-madness.com provides members with approved material for marketing within the members area.
15. Damaging Intent. Any Member who engages in chat, email, postings or any other medium, content that is deemed damaging to dollar-madness.com and or its members will be terminated from dollar-madness.com. Depending on seriousness, dollar-madness.com may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.
16. UCE/UBE or SPAM. dollar-madness.com strictly prohibits the use of UCE or SPAM. This enforcement is at the sole discretion of dollar-madness.com and for the benefit of all its members. Members proven to be participating in such activities will have their memberships canceled.
17. Contact Information. It is the responsibility of members to keep their personal records up to date at the members area. dollar-madness.com will not be responsible for communication error due to incorrect or out of date contact information. Continued failed attempts to make contact with you may result in the termination of your membership.
18. By signing up for the dollar-madness.com program and confirming their email address, Member is opting-in to receive emails from dollar-madness.com. You are also opting in to receive emails from your Direct Sponsor. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may cancel your account anytime, with the understanding that you forfeit any unpaid commissions.
19. Dollar-madness.com shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of its rules. Any decision dollar-madness.com makes relating to the cancellation of earnings and the termination of membership shall be final and binding.
